At today’s 152nd meeting of the Legislative Committee, the Committee considered and voted in favour of: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Trademark Law; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Protection of Topographies of Semiconductor and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Legal Protection of Industrial Design.

In line with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, due to the absence of representatives of the acts, the Committee did not consider: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Rafting Law; Proposal for a Decision on adopting the Special Purpose Spatial Plan for the Durmitor Region and Proposal for a Decision on establishing the Committee on monitoring and controlling the implementation of the Bar-Boljare highway project.
