At today’s continuation of the 163rd meeting, the Legislative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro has considered and assessed as legally acceptable the following amendments:
- Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Trainees in Courts and Public Prosecution Office and Bar Exam, submitted by MP Ms Draginja Vuksanović;
- Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Administrative Inspection, submitted by MP Ms Marta Šćepanović;
- Amendments (2) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Value Added Tax, submitted by MPs: Mr Predrag Sekulić, Ms Marta Šćepanović and Mr Zoran Jelić;
- Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Insurance, submitted by MPs: Mr Zoran Jelić, Mr Filip Vuković and Ms Marta Šćepanović;
- Amendments (4) to the Proposal for the Nature Protection Law, namely: 3 amendments submitted by MPs: Ms Jelisava Kalezić, Mr Danko Šarančić, Ms Danijela Marković and Mr Aleksandar Damjanović; and 1 amendment submitted by MPs: Mr Danko Šarančić and Mr Aleksandar Damjanović;
- Amendments (4) to the Proposal for the Law on Maintenance of Residential Buildings, namely: -3 amendments submitted by MPs: Mr Neven Gošović, Mr Velizar Kaluđerović, Mr Obrad Gojković and Mr Dritan Abazović, and 1 amendment submitted by MPs: Mr Filip Vuković and Ms Marta Šćepanović;
- Amendments (2) to the Proposal for the Wine Law, namely: 1 amendment submitted by MPs Mr Danko Šarančić and Mr Aleksandar Damjanović and 1 amendment submitted by MPs: Mr Predrag Sekulić, Mr Branko Čavor and Ms Marta Šćepanović;
- Amendments (4) to the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, namely: 2 amendments submitted by MPs: Mr Zoran Jelić and Ms Marta Šćepanović, 1 amendment submitted by MPs: Mr Neven Gošović, Mr Velizar Kaluđerović and Mr Mladen Bojanić and 1 amendment submitted by MPs: Mr Neven Gošović and Mr Dritan Abazović;
- Amendments (2) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Postal Services, submitted by MPs: Mr Filip Vuković and Ms Marta Šćepanović;
- Amendment to the Proposal for a Decision on establishing a temporary parliamentary committee on monitoring the investigation of cases of endangering security of journalists and media outlets, submitted by MPs: Mr Velizar Kaluđerović, Mr Neven Gošović, Mr Mladen Bojanić and Mr Dritan Abazović;
In line with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider the following amendments:
- 2 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Trainees in Courts and Public Prosecution Office and Bar Exam, submitted by MPs: Ms Azra Jasavić and Ms Goran Tuponja.
- Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Free Zones, submitted by MP Mr Goran Tuponja;
- Amendments (4) to the Proposal for the Law on Maintenance of Residential Buildings, namely: 2 amendments submitted by MPs Ms Jelisava Kalezic and Mr Aleksandar Damjanović; 1 amendment submitted by MP Mr Goran Tuponja and 1 amendment submitted by MPs: Mr Goran Tuponja and Ms Azra Jasavić;
- Amendments (2) to the Proposal for the Wine Law, namely: 1 amendment submitted by MP Mr Goran Tuponja and 1 amendment submitted by MPs: Mr Predrag Sekulić, Mr Branko Čavor and Ms Marta Šćepanović;
- Amendments (2) to the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, submitted by MPs: Ms Jelisava Kalezić and Mr Aleksandar Damjanović;
Amendment to the Proposal for a Decision on establishing a temporary parliamentary committee on monitoring the investigation of cases of endangering security of journalists and media outlets, submitted by MPs Mr Predrag Sekulić and Mr Radivoje Lala Nikčević.
