Legislative Committee holds its 165th meeting

The Committee has considered several proposals for laws and one proposal for decision

At today’s 165th meeting, the Legislative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro has considered and voted in favour of:

- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Family Law; 
- Proposal for a Decision on sending members of the Army of Montenegro to the European Union peacekeeping operation EU NAVFOR ATALANTA; 
- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Central Register of Citizens;
- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Veterinary Law;
- Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Agreement of Montenegro and Republic of Bulgaria on Social Welfare; 
- Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the ILO Night Work Convention No 171; 
- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Administration; 
- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Administrative Procedure; 
- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Personal Name; 
- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Travel Documents; 
- Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Civil Registries; 
- Proposal for the Law on Public Assembly and Public Events; 
 

Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Hydrocarbons Tax was not supported by the necessary majority of the Committee members.
In line with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Water.
