The Committee considered and positively assessed: the Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Protocol on Amendments to the TRIPS Agreement (the Agreement on trade aspects of intellectual property rights); the Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Optional Protocol to the International Pact on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights; the Proposal for the Law on Social Housing; Proposal for the Law of Social and Children Protection; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance.
At the meeting, the Committee included into the Agenda amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Territory Organization:
- two amendments submitted by MPs Ms. Snežana Jonica and Mr. Neven Gošović;
- the amendment submitted by MP Mr. Džavid Šabović.
Furthermore, the Agenda was extended with four amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment, submitted by MPs Mr. Predrag Sekulić and Mr. Slobodan Radovć.
MPs Ms. Ana Ponoš, Mr. Dritan Abazović and Ms. Azra Jasavić submitted 45 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Social and Children Protection. MP Ponoš abandoned 39 amendments at the meeting, and the Committee considered and positively assessed remaining six amendments. MP Mr. Andrija Popović submitted 13 amendments to the same proposal for the Law. At the meeting he abandoned five amendments and the Committee considered and positively assessed remaining eight amendments.
Pursuant to the Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider three amendments submitted by MP Mr. Damir Šehović, since he was not present at the meeting.
The Committee considered and positively assessed two amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Territory Organization submitted by MPs Ms. Snežana Jonica and Mr. Neven Gošović
The Committee considered the amendment submitted by MP Mr. Džavid Šabović to the Proposal for the Law on Territory Organization and assessed at as legally unacceptable.
Pursuant to the Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider four amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment, submitted by MPs Mr. Predrag Sekulić and Mr. Slobodan Radovć, since they were not present at the meeting.
