The Committee considered and positively assessed amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Social and Child Welfare:

- amendment submitted by the MPs Ms Zdenka Popović and Mr Velizar Kaluđerović

- 2 amendments submitted by the MPs Ms Ana Ponoš and Mr Mladen Bojanić;

- 4 amendments submitted by the MPs Mr Borislav Banović, Mr Džavid Šabović, Mr Izet Bralić and Ms Draginja Vuksanović;

- 5 amendments submitted by the MPs Mr Rifat Rastoder, Mr Borislav Banović, Mr Damir Šehović, Mr Izet Bralić, Ms Draginja Vuksanović, Mr Mićo Orlandić and Mr Džavid Šabović;

- 6 amendments submitted by the MPs Ms Ana Ponoš and Mr Srđan Perić;

- 9 amendments submitted by the MPs Ms Ana Ponoš, Mr Dritan Abazović and Mr Srđan Perić;

- 16 amendments submitted by the MPs Mr Neven Gošović and Ms Snežana Jonica.

Additionally, the Committeeconsidered and positively assessed the following amendments:

- 3 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Railway, submitted by the MP Mr Damir Šehović;

- 3 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on the Supplement to the Law on Foreigners, submitted by the MP Ms Snežana Jonica;

- amendment to the Proposal for the Law on the Supplement to the Law Pension and Disability Insurance Law, submitted by the MPs Mr Zoran Jelić, Mr Halil Duković and Ms Zorica Kovačević;

- amendment to the Proposal for amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, submitted by the MPs Mr Neven Gošović and Ms Snežana Jonica.

In accordance with the Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider 2 amendments to Proposal for the Law on Social and Child Welfare, submitted by the MP Ms Ljerka Dragičević, as well as 4 amendments to Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment submitted by the MPs Mr Predrag Sekulić and Mr Slobodan Radović, because the submitters of the amendments did not attend the meeting.
