The Committee considered and positively voted on the Proposal for the Law on Pronouncing the Presidential Elections, held on 7 April 2013, non-democratic and invalid, submitted by the 28 MPs of the opposition, as well as on the Proposal for the Conclusion on building trust in the electoral system, submitted by the 28 MPs of the opposition.

Additionally, the Committee considered and positively voted on Proposal for the Decision on opening parliamentary investigation and establishing the Inquiry Committee to gather information and facts on events relating to the work of state authorities, regarding the publishing audio recordings and transcripts from the meetings of authorities and bodies of Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), with which the proposed agenda was extended.
