Nineteenth meeting of the Legislative Committee held

The Committee considered several proposals for laws.

 

At the nineteenth meeting held today, the members of the Legislative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro considered and voted positively on the Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Memorandum on legal and judicial safeguards against unlawful processing of personal data, the Proposal for the Law on Protection from Non-Ionizing Radiation, Proposal for the Law on Tax on Turnover of Real Estate, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Environmental Protection, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Contracts for Transportation in Road Traffic, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Sport and the Proposal for the Decision on Supplementing the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament, submitted by the MP Mr Mladen Bojanić.

The Committee considered the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Territorial Organization of Montenegro, submitted by the MP Mr Genci Nimanbegu, but the vote on it was postponed for the next sitting, due to further consultation.

In accordance with the Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Optional Protocol on the Communication Procedures to the Convention on the Rights of the Child, as the proponents of the act were not present at the meeting.
