24th Meeting of the Legislative Committee held

The Committee considered several proposals for laws and amendments

At its 24th Meeting held today, the Legislative Committee considered and positively assessed the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction. In addition, the Committee considered and positively assessed 3 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Consumer Loans, submitted by MPs Draginja Vuksanović and Džavid Šabović; 6 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Health Care, namely: 4 amendments submitted by MPs Neven Gošović and Snežana Jonica; 1 amendment submitted by MPs Rifat Rastoder, Borislav Banović, Damir Šehović, Izet Bralić, Draginja Vuksanović, Mićo Orlandić and Džavid Šabović and 1 amendment submitted by MPs Genci Nimanbegu, Ljerka Dragičević, Almer Kalač, Kemal Zoronjić and Suljo Mustafić; 2 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Prevention  of Drug Abuse, submitted by MPs Neven Gošović and Snežana Jonica; 2 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Sport, submitted by MP Andrija Popović; 1 amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Internal Affairs, submitted by MPs Marta Šćepanović and Radovan Obradović. Proposal for the Law on Legalization of Informal Structures, upon the request of the representative of proponent, was drawn from the Agenda of the Committee Meeting.

Proposal for the Law on Strike was not supported by required majority of votes cast. In line with the Article 67, paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on International Legal Aid in Criminal Matters, submitted by MP Zoran Vukčević and four amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Internal Affairs, submitted by MP Snežana Jonica due to the fact that submitters of those did not attend the Meeting.

The Agenda of the Committee Meeting was extended with following items:

-amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on State and Other Holidays, submitted by MPs Azra Jasavić and Goran Tuponja;

- amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Trade Union Representation, submitted by MPs Marta Šćepanović and Radovan Obradović;

-6 amendments to the Proposal for the Lawon Tax on Turnover of Real Estate, submitted by MPs Srđan Milić, Velizar Kaluđerović and Aleksandar Damjanović MA.

The Committee considered and positively assessed all amendments that the Agenda of the Committee Meeting was extended with.
