At the 25th meeting of the Legislative Committee held today, the Committee considered and positively voted on the following amendments:
- Amendments (26) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction: 10 amendments submitted by the MPs Mr Predrag Sekulić, Mr Branko Čavor, and Ms Žana Filipović; 3 amendments submitted by the MPs Mr Predrag Sekulić and Mr Branko Čavor; 1 amendment submitted by the MPs Mr Predrag Sekulić and Mr Zoran Vukčević; 1 amendment submitted by the MPs Mr Srđan Milić and Ms Snežana Jonica; 5 amendments submitted by the MP Ms Snežana Jonica; 5 amendments submitted by the MPs Mr Goran Tuponja and Mr Srđan Perić, and 1 amendment submitted by the MPs Ms Branka Bošnjak, Mr Veljko Vasiljević, and Mr Koča Pavlović.
- Amendments (10) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Sports: 6 amendments submitted by the MPs Mr Srđan Milić, Mr Vasilije Lalošević, and Mr Velizar Kaluđerović; 2 amendments submitted by the MP Mr Rifat Rastoder, and 2 amendments submitted by the MP Mr Andrija Popović.
- Amendments (4) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Internal Affairs: 4 amendments submitted by the MP Ms Snežana Jonica.
In accordance with the Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider the amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on International Legal Aid in Criminal Matters, submitted by the MP Mr Zoran Vukčević, and the 13 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction, submitted by the MP Mr Almer Kalač, because their submitters did not attend the meeting.
