At its 26th meeting held today, the Legislative Committee considered and positively assessed the following amendments:
1. Amendments (16) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction, namely:
- 13 amendments submitted by MP Almer Kalač;
- 3 amendments submitted by MPs Vladislav Bojović and Novica Stanić;
- amendment submitted by MP Ljerka Dragičević.
2. Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on International Legal Aid in Criminal Matters; submitted by MP Zoran Vukčević;
3. Amendments (15) to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Criminal Code, namely:
- amendment submitted by MPs Srđan Milić and Snežana Jonica;
- amendment submitted by MPs Srđan Milić, Neven Gošović, Snežana Jonica and Velizar Kaluđerović;
- amendment submitted by MPs Srđan Milić, Aleksandar Damjanović and Snežana Jonica;
- amendment submitted by MP Draginja Vuksanović;
- amendment submitted by MPs Džavid Šabović, Draginja Vuksanović and Izet Bralić;
- amendment submitted by MPs Zoran Jelić and Zoran Vukčević;
- amendment submitted by MP Dritan Abazović;
- 3 amendments submitted by MPs Azra Jasavić, Goran Tuponja and Srđan Perić;
- 5 amendments submitted by MP Snežana Jonica.
The Agenda of the meeting was expanded with the following items:
-2 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Prevention of Drug Abuse, submitted by MPs Goran Tuponja and Srđan Perić.
-2 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction, submitted by MP Andrija Popović.
The Committee considered and positively assessed all amendments that the Agenda of the meeting was expanded with.
