Legislative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro, held its 27^th meeting today, where they considered the Proposal for the Law on Higher Education. The Proposal did not obtain the necessary majority.

Upon the proposal of one of the members of the Committee, the meeting was postponed, and its continuation is to be determined afterwards.
