The Committee considered and positively assessed the following proposals for laws: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the General Law on Education, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Primary Education, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Vocational Education; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Gymnasium; Proposal for the Law on Electronic Communications and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, submitted by MPs Zoran Jelić and Zoran Vukčević.

Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Value Added Tax, submitted by 18,340 voters via MPs Zoran Vukčević and Zoran Jelić, was not supported by the required majority.

In line with Article 67, paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee did not consider the Proposal for the Budget Law for 2013, due to absence of the proponent of the Law.
