At the continuation of their tenth meeting held today, regarding the two requests of the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Nikšić, for the purpose of issuing approval for conducting criminal proceedings against the MP Mr Veljko Vasiljević, for prolonged criminal offence – Special cases of document forgery, defined in Article 413 paragraph 1 item 4 regarding Article 412 paragraph 2 and 1 of the Criminal Code, and MP Mr Janko Vučinić, for criminal offence – Coercion, defined in Article 165 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code, the Administrative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro decided to propose to the Parliament of Montenegro to make a decision not to issue approval for conducting criminal proceedings, according to the stated requests.
Additionally, the Committee decided, in accordance with the Law on Labour, and based on the request by MP Mr Radoslav Nišavić, MD, and regarding giving consent for performing additional work, not to give consent for performing additional work to the MP Mr Radoslav Nišavić, MD, due to lack of competence.
Members of the Committee were informed on the Objection to the work and decision-making within the Committee, by Mr Milan-Man Kastratović, a candidate for appointing a member of the Senate of State Audit Institution, and on “Analysis of the legal solutions defining the manner of participation and the election of NGO members within the authorities appointed by the Parliament of Montenegro”, submitted by the Civic Alliance.
The Committee members were also informed on the letter by the Secretary General of the Parliament of Montenegro, No. 00-63-14/13 from 4 June 2013, reminding on the Recommendations by the State Audit Institution regarding promotion of legislative framework regulating the work of political parties, as well as promotion of work of all revised subjects, regarding item 8 of the Recommendation. With that regard, the Committee decided to request a position of the Collegium of the President of the Parliament.
