Fourteenth Meeting of the Administrative Committee held

The Committee gave consent to the Proposal for the Rulebook on Organisation and Systematisation of the Parliamentary Service, submitted by Secretary General of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Damir Davidović.

Administrative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro of 25th convocation, at its fourteenth meeting held today, gave consent to the Rulebook on Organisation and Systematisation of the Parliamentary Service, with commitment to propose no later than 1 December 2013 changes in the part relating categorisation of the proposed working positions in the working bodies of the Parliament of Montenegro.

Secretary General of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Damir Davidović participated in the work of the meeting as the proponent of the act, in line with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament.

Upon the proposal of the Vice President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Branko Radulović Professor PhD, the Committee dismissed from duty an advisor to the Vice President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Đorđije Malović.

Additionally, also at the proposal of the Vice President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Branko Radulović Professor PhD, the Committee appointed Ms Jovana Duković as advisor to the Vice President of the Parliament of Montenegro, and she will perform her duty professionally.

In line with the proposal of the President of the Parliament Mr Ranko Krivokapić, the Committee decided to appoint Ms Anđela Radunović, graduated political scientist, as advisor to the President of the Parliament of Montenegro.

Upon the proposal of the MP Group “Positive Montenegro”, MP Zoran Miljanić was dismissed from duty – member of the Security and Defence Committee and Anti-Corruption Committee. MP Darko Pajović was proposed to be a member of the Security and Defence Committee and MP Mladen Bojović was proposed to be a member of the Anti-Corruption Committee.

During the continuation of consideration of the Proposal of the Commission for Prevention of Conflict of Interests for initiating the procedure for dismissing, suspending or taking disciplinary measures against Mr Basri Lika, member of the Steering Committee of the Fund for Protection and Exercising of Minority Rights, the Committee got acquainted with the Information of Mr Basri Lika on reasons for non-accomplishing the obligation to submit the Report on income and property within 30 days from the date of appointment to public office. The Committee decided to inform the Commission for Prevention of Conflict of Interests with the Information, and to decide on it afterwards.

Within the item "Current Issues", Committee also got acquainted with the Information on the decisions adopted within the competences of the Administrative Committee in the period between 10-14 meeting of the Committee.
