At the sixteenth meeting of the Administrative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro held today, on the occasion of consideration of candidatures for appointment of one member of the Senate of the State Audit Institution, the Committee decided to hold, on 5 November, the consultative hearing of candidates who submitted necessary documentation in time, namely: Mr Branko Bulatović, Mr Zarija Pejović, Ms Nela Ćuković, Mr Radule Žurić, Mr Žarko Đurišić and Mr Milan Radović.
Upon the request of Democratic Front MPs, the Committee decided to propose to the Parliament to dismiss MP Koča Pavlović from a duty of the member of the Committee on Political System, Justice and Administration and to dismiss Mr Veljko Vasiljević from a duty of the member of the Committee on European Integration. The Committee proposed Mr Veljko Vasiljević to be a member of the Committee on Political System, Justice and Administration and MP Koča Pavlović to be a member of the Committee on European Integration.
In line with the Law Governing the Wages of the State and Public Officials, the Committee issued two decisions on termination of the right to compensation after the expiration of term of office, upon the requests of Mr Fahrudin Hadrović and Mr Mirsad Mulić, former MPs of the Parliament of Montenegro.
When it comes to the requests for exercising the right to compensation after the expiration of term of office until gaining the right to pension of former MPs Hidajeta Bajramspahić and Njegosava Vujanović, the Committee concluded that on the basis of submitted documentation, it could not be established that appointed, in the period 6 November 2013 - 6 November 2014, acquired right to the pension, in line with the Article 10 paragraph 5 of the Law Governing the Wages of the State and Public Officials.
The Committee unanimously adopted Semi-annual Performance Report of the Administrative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro, for the period 1 January - 30 June 2013.
Within the item of the agenda “Current issues”, the Committee got acquainted with proposals submitted by the Center for Development of Non-Governmental Organisations regarding appointment of NGO sector representatives in bodies funded by the Parliament of Montenegro.
In addition, the Committee got acquainted with the Decision of the Croatian National Council in Montenegro that Mr Zvonimir Deković, President of the Croatian National Council in Montenegro, was elected member of the Fund for Protection and Exercising of Minority Rights instead of Mr Miroslav Marić, whose term of office expired.
At the sitting, the Committee discussed the Request for opinion on exercising the right to old-age pension of MP Jelisava Kalezić, concluding that the Committee issued a decision on wage of the nominee, while in the part relating the right on old-age pension, it declared itself as non-competent – pursuant to the Article 49 of the Rules of Procedure.
