Administrative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro of the 25th convocation, at its 21st meeting held today, gave consent to the Proposal for the Rulebook on Amendments to the Rulebook on internal organisation and systematisation of the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information as well as the Statute of the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information, obliging proponent to make legal and technical corrections of proposed acts in line with Legal and technical standards on drafting regulations.
Mr Radenko Lacmanović, member of the Council of the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information, attended the meeting as proponent of the act, in line with Article 67, paragraph 1 of the Parliament’s Rules of Procedure.
In the context of continuation of the procedure for the appointment of one member of the Senate of the State Audit Institution, the Committee considered submitted candidatures, stating that the following candidates submitted the necessary documentation timely: Mr Zarija Pejović, PhD, Mr Neli Ćuković, Mr Žarko Đurišić, Mr Branko Bulatović, MA, Mr Mirko Jovović, Mr Radule Žurić, Mr Milan Radović, Ms Sonja Smolović and Mr Ruždija Kalač.
The Committee decided to hold on 16 December 2013 a consultative hearing of candidates who submitted documentation for the appointment of one member of the Senate of the State Audit Institution timely, having in mind that two candidates applied to the Public Notice for the first time.
