Administrative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro, at its 34^th meeting held today, got acquainted with the complaint by the NGO Institute Alternative, no. 979/14 of 1 April 2014, lodged for the purpose of annulling the List no. 00-63-14/14 of 18 March 2014, with regard to the Draft List for appointment of the RTCG Council, by authorised proposers of 18 March 2014. With regard to that, the Committee composed the text for the reply to the complaint and decided to submit thereof the Constitutional Court of Montenegro.

The Committee also got acquainted with subsequently submitted proposals for the appointment of the Municipal Election Commission of Gusinje, in accordance with the Law on Amendments to the Law on Territorial Organisation of Montenegro and Law on Amendments to the Law on Election of Councillors and MPs, which were submitted after the Draft Decision on election of the Municipal Election Commission of Gusinje was established; The Committee stated that it had established the Draft Decision and submitted it to the Parliament of Montenegro for further procedure.

Additionally, the Committee discussed the Conclusion by the Collegium of the Parliament of Montenegro of the 25^th convocation, no. 00-63-14/14-16/1 of 14 April 2014, by which the Administrative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro is recommended to “issue a determination to former MP Zdenka Popović onexercising the right to compensation following the termination of her term of office, in line with target interpretation of the legal norm”. With regard to that, the Committee has issued the concerned determination.
