At today's 39th meeting of the Administrative Committee of the 25th Convocation of the Parliament of Montenegro, in the continuation of the procedure of appointing the State Election Commission on the basis of Articles 29 and 30 of the Law on the Election of Councillors and Members of Parliament, the Committee established two draft decisions, as follows:
• Draft Decision on the appointment of the President of the State Election Commission, and a member of the State Election Commission from among the representatives of civil society, NGOs and universities, according to the repeated open vacancy notice no. 00-63-14/14-85 dated 25 August 2014; and
• Draft Decision on the appointment of nine members of the State Election Commission.
The Committee proposed to the Parliament to appoint Budimir Šaranović as the President of the State Election Commission, and to appoint Vlado Dedović as a member of the State Election Commission from among the representatives of civil society, NGOs and universities.
The Committee proposed to the Parliament that the nine members of the State Election Commission should be appointed:

- ACCORDING TO THE PROPOSAL OF SOCIAL DEMOCRATIC PARTY:

ARNELA STRIKOVIĆ, for deputy member.
- ACCORDING TO THE PROPOSAL OF BOSNIAK PARTY:
1. HARIS MEKIĆ, for member;
- CROATIAN CIVIC INITIATIVE:
PAVLE PASKOVIĆ, for deputy member.
- ACCORDING TO THE PROPOSAL OF DEMOCRATIC FRONT:

The Committee proposed to the Parliament to appoint MILISAV ĆORIĆ as the Secretary of the State Election Commission.
The Committee decided that the procedure for the election of the President and six members of the Commission for Prevention of conflicts of interest, according to the open vacancy notice no. 00-63-14/14-83 dated 25 August 2014, should be continued after obtaining statements from the criminal records of applicants, by the Ministry of Justice.
The Committee did not consider the Request of Matica Muslimanska of Montenegro - Independent association in the field of culture of the minority Muslim population, for determining the amount of monthly fees for presidents of the councils of minorities no. 00-63-14/14-91 from 5 September 2014, in order to determine the amount of monthly fees for presidents of minority groups due to the lack of jurisdiction.
Within the agenda "CURRENT ISSUES", the Committee members agreed to initiate the procedure for the election of two candidates from prominent experts for the members of the Commission for Concessions at the next meeting, through public notice in print media, "Pobjeda", "Dan", "Dnevne novine" and "ND Vijesti" and the web site of the Parliament of Montenegro.
The Committee was also informed about the request of the MP Jasmin Šutović for the professional performing of parliamentary duty in the Parliament of Montenegro and decided to make a proper decision.
