Administrative Committee of the 25th Convocation of the Parliament of Montenegro held today the 44th meeting, where it unanimously established the list of completed and timely nominations of candidates for membership of the Council of the Agency for Electronic Media of authorized submitters according to the public notice no. 00-63-14/14-84 as of 25 August 2014.

Pursuant to Article 28 of the Law on Electronic Media, the Committee decided to publish the list of completed and timely nominations of candidates for membership of the Council of the Agency for Electronic Media in the "Official Gazette of Montenegro", the website of the Parliament of Montenegro and the daily newspapers: "Pobjeda", "Dan", ND "Vijesti" and "Dnevne novine".   

In the continuation of determining the nomination of candidates for two members of the Commission for Concessions, from among distinguished experts, pursuant to Article 10, paragraph 3, line 2 of the Law on Concessions, the Committee filed Nomination of a candidate for two members of the Commission for Concessions from among distinguished experts according to the public notice no. 00-63-14/14-132 as of 2 October 2014.  

The Committee submitted to the Parliament a Proposal to elect Milutin Korać PhD and Goran Dašić the two members of the Commission for Concessions from among distinguished experts.

The Committee also initiated a proceeding for appointment of a president and two members of the Council of the Agency for Personal Data Protection, pursuant to article 52 of the Personal Data Protection Law, and decided to publish a public notice for the appointment of a president and two members of the Council of the Agency for Personal Data Protection on the website of the Parliament and in print media, "Pobjeda", "Dan", "Dnevne novine" and ND "Vijesti".
