Administrative Committee holds its 49th meeting

Annual 2014 Performance Report of the Administrative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro adopted and several proposals for decisions established

At its 49th meeting held today, the Administrative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro of the 25th Convocation provided a positive opinion on the Rulebook on internal organisation and systematisation of the service of Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms, No. 00-63-14/14-197 of 31 December 2014. As proposers of the act, in accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the meeting was attended by Ms Zdenka Perović, Deputy Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms, and Mr Ivan Krkeljić, first Advisor to Protector of Human Rights and Freedoms.
The Committee also provided consent to the Rulebook on amendments to the Rulebook on internal organisation and systematisation of the Parliamentary Service. As proposer of the act, in accordance with Article 67 paragraph 1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the meeting was attended by Secretary General of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Siniša Stanković.
The Administrative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro unanimously adopted the Annual 2014 Performance Report of the Administrative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro. The performance report for the previous year provided a comprehensive overview of activities and results of the Committee, within which personnel, legislative, and oversight activities of the Committee are especially emphasised.
Upon request by the MP Group of Democratic Party of Socialists and MP Group of Albanian parties (FORCA, AA), HGI and LPCG, the Administrative Committee decided to propose the following to the Parliament of Montenegro:
- to dismiss MP Mr Šefkija Murić as member of the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning, and to appoint MP Mr Genci Nimanbegu as member of the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning;
- to dismiss MP Mr Genci Nimanbegu as member of the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration, and to appoint MP Mr Šefkija Murić as member of the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration.
Additionally, upon proposal by the MP Group of Bosniak Party, No. 00-63-14/14-196 of 24 December 2014, the Committee decided to propose the following to the Parliament of Montenegro:
- to appoint MP Mr Rešad Sijarić as member of the Administrative Committee and the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms of the Parliament of Montenegro. 
In continuation of the meeting, the Committee also considered the request by the MP Group of Independent MPs regarding participation of members of the MP Group of Independent MPs in the work of working bodies of the Parliament of Montenegro, and in that regard it decided to address the Collegium of the President of the Parliament of Montenegro, in accordance with Article 26 paragraph 1 item 2 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro. 
Within the item of the agenda “Current issues”, the Committee noted the resignation of Ms Branka Bošnjak to the position of Deputy Chairperson of the Administrative Committee. Additionally, within this item of the agenda, the Committee considered the request by Mr Goran Đurović, representative of the Coalition of NGOs "Through Cooperation to Goals", to participate in the meeting of the Administrative Committee, with regard to dismissal of a member of the Council of Agency for Electronic Media.
In that respect, the Committee decided to invite Mr Goran Đurović to attend the meeting where they would debate the initiative for dismissal of a member of the Council of Agency for Electronic Media, while at the very meeting they would adopt a decision on his participation in the work.
