Administrative Committee holds its 55th meeting

The Committee established a Proposal for the Decision on election of members of the Committee on Monitoring Application of Laws and Other Regulations Important for Building Trust in the Election Process

Pursuant to Article 82 paragraph 1, item 3 of the Constitution of Montenegro and Article 4, paragraph 2 of the Decision on election of members of the Committee on Monitoring Application of Laws and Other Regulations Important for Building Trust in the Election Process, the Administrative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro of the 25th Convocation, at today’s 55th meeting, established by a majority of votes a Proposal for the Decision on election of members of the Committee on Monitoring Application of Laws and Other Regulations Important for Building Trust in the Election Process

The following candidates have been proposed for members of the Committee on Monitoring Application of Laws and Other Regulations Important for Building Trust in the Election Process:

- from among ruling coalition: Mr Milutin Simović, Mr Miodrag Vuković, Mr Predrag Sekulić, Mr Mevludin Nuhodžić – from the DPS MP Group; Ms Draginja Vuksanović, from the SDP MP Group; Mr Suljo Mustafić, from the Bosniak Party MP Group; and Ms Ljerka Dragičević from MP Group of the Albanian parties (FORCA,AA), HGI and LPCG.

- from among parliamentary opposition: Ms Danijela Danka Marković, from the SNP MP Group; Mr Neven Gošović and Mr Goran Danilović, from MP Group of the Independent MPs ; and Ms Azra Jasavić from the Positive Montenegro MP Group.

MP Group of the Democratic Front did not submit to the Administrative Committee a proposal of candidates for members of the Committee on Monitoring Application of Laws and Other Regulations Important for Building Trust in the Election Process, so the seats for members of the Democratic Front MP Group have remained empty.

Within the item of the agenda: “Continuation of the procedure for appointment of three members of the Council of the Agency for Electronic Media”, upon the public call No. 00-63-14/15-49 of 16 July2015, the Committee established the working group comprised of Mr Radovan Obradović, from among the ruling coalition and Ms Danijela Danka Marković, from among the parliamentary opposition, with the task to examine the applications and documentation submitted by authorised proponents, for the purpose of determining complete and timely proposals of candidates for appointment of members of the Council of the Agency.
