Administrative Committee of the 25th Convocation of the Parliament of Montenegro appointed Mr. Emilo Labudović the Vice-Chairman at the meeting held today.
The Committee established the number of members of permanent committees of the Parliament, namely: Constitutional Committee thirteen members (13); Legislative Committee thirteen members (13); Committee on Political System, Legislation and Administration thirteen members (13); Security and Defence Committee thirteen members (13); Committee on International Relations and Emigrants thirteen members (13); Committee on European Integration thirteen members (13); Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget thirteen members (13); Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms eleven members (11); Gender Equality Committee eleven members (11); Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning thirteen members (13); Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Sports eleven members (11); Committee on Health, Labor and Social Welfare eleven members (11) and Anti-corruption Committee thirteen members (13).
The Committee commenced the procedure for establishing the Candidate List for chairmen and members of permanent committees in the Parliament of Montenegro. In this regard, the Committee established that the candidates for chairmen of the Committee on European Integration, Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget, Anti-corruption Committee and Commission for Monitoring and Control of the Privatization Procedure should be from the opposition. It was decided that the Committee should establish the Candidate List for chairmen and members of the permanent committees in the Parliament of Montenegro within seven day from the day of the election of the Government of Montenegro.
Applying provisions of the Law on Salaries of State and Public Officials, the Committee adopted decisions on compensation upon termination of office, (upon requests of MPs whose term of office was not confirmed by the Parliament of Montenegro on 6th November), decision on earnings for MPs who decided to carry on the MP function professionally and decision on the right to earnings difference, upon requests of the MPs.
The Committee dismissed Mr. Safet Korać from the position of the advisor to the Vice-President of the Parliament, due to the termination of office.
Within the item of the Agenda “Current Issues”, the Committee informed about the Annex to the Agreement of the Democratic Front, no. 00-63-14/12-2 from 9th November, 2012. Furthermore, within this item of the Agenda the Committee adopted the Decision on termination of Decision on establishing the procedure of control of commercial consumption of funds allocated to the MP’s Clubs for engagement of secretaries and professional consultants of the clubs. In this regard, the Committee established the Working Group with following members: Mr. Milorad Vuletić, chairman, Ms. Marta Šćepanović, Ms. Azra Jasavić and Ms. Branka Bošnjak docent PhD, members, with the task to establish the proposal of the decision, in the shortest period possible.
