Amendments to two proposals for laws considered

Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare of the Parliament of Montenegro held a themed meeting with the agenda – Effects of Curbing the Shadow Economy in the Labour Market

Six proposals for the laws were adopted.

At today’s 47^th meeting of the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration, held in the Parliament Building of the Old Royal Capital Cetinje, the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Private International Law – submitted by MP Zorica Kovačević – was considered.

Due to incorrect and biased information that appeared in a part of the public regarding the resignation of Mr Andrej Nikolaidis to the position of Advisor to the President of the Parliament of Montenegro, we publish the integral text of Mr Nikolaidis’ resignation:

For the purpose of unblocking the work on adopting new electoral legislation, President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić sent to the parliamentary procedure the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Election of Councillors and MPs in the form that was agreed as starting point for the previous parliamentary discussion.
