At its 49th meeting held today, the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration supported the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Election of Councillors and MPs, submitted by the following MPs: Milutin Simović, Goran Danilović, Almer Kalač and Ljerka Dragičević. 

On the first, and the final, day of the Third Sitting of the First Ordinary Session of the Parliament of Montenegro in 2014, the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Election of Councillors and MPs was adopted.

Research on conversance and application of the Law on Gender Equality was conducted in 68 institutions and parliamentary parties in Montenegro, during the second half of 2013. 

At its 28th meeting held today, the Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Sports adopted the Report on study visit of theCommittee Delegation to the Republic of Finland. The visit was assessed as very successful.

Fourth - Special Sitting of the First Ordinary (Spring) Session of the Parliament of Montenegro in 2014 will be held in the Plenary Hall of the Parliament of Montenegro, on Tuesday, 27 March, starting at 12:00h. 

At today’s preliminary meeting, they discussed the proposal for the agenda of the eight meeting of the European Union – Montenegro Stabilisation and Association Parliamentary Committee (SAPC), which is to be held in the Plenary Hall of the Parliament of Montenegro, on 25 and 26 March 2014.
