The Committee established the Proposal for the Decision on the Election of one member of the Judicial Council.

First Meeting of the Working Group, established by the Anti-corruption Committee, at the Meeting held on 6th February 2013, with the task of preparing the work plan of the Committee for 2013, was held today.

The Parliament of Montenegro published the Performance Report of the 24th Convocation of the Parliament of Montenegro, containing information on legislative and scrutiny activities of the Parliament, international activities, cooperation with the civil sector, publicity of work, international and foreign organisations, as well as many other information. 

Second day of the Conference, 25th March, 2013, commenced with the session “Prevention of disputes – European Union as peacekeeper” during which the participants of the Conference were addressed by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of the Republic of Ireland, Mr.. Eamon Gilmore, members of the House of Commons.

At the Seventh Meeting held today, the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms introduced with the activities competent state authorities conducted in the aim of fulfilling Recommendations from the Resolution 1890 (2012) of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe “Honoring of Obligations and Commitments by Montenegro”, adopted on 27th June, 2012 in PACE.

Constitutional Court, the method of election of judges of the Constitutional Court and the majority necessary for their election, were topics of discussion at the meeting.

Working Group for Drafting of the Proposal for the Resolution on European Integration met with the Head of the European Union Delegation to Montenegro, H.E. Mr. Mitja Drobnič, the Ambassador, on Wednesday, 27th February 2013.
