The meeting was dedicated to labour rights in complex economic and social situation in Montenegro. Much of the conversation was related to the social position of workers after the transition and failed privatization processes, as well as the legal solutions relating to labour and social rights.

Chair of the Commission Janko Vučinić responded to a series of questions of the Advisor Barbara Rotovnik, regarding the privatization of certain enterprises, bankruptcy proceedings and liquidation of companies, as well as the issues of severance pay and the amount thereof. It was also discussed about the general social and economic situation and unresolved issue of social cards.
