The meeting was focused on four unsuccessful tenders for sale of the Adriatic Shipyard, as well as the forthcoming introduction of programmed bankruptcy of the company. Representatives of workers expressed dissatisfaction with the transparency of the privatization process so far and, in this regard, concern for the future status and respect for workers' rights.

Representatives of the Commission stated that this process of privatization will be the topic of work of the Commission early next year in order to ensure transparency of the process and protection of workers’ rights.
