With regard to the topic of the control hearing, the Committee adopted the following conclusions:

1. The Anti-corruption Committee will address the Supreme Public Prosecutor with recommendations to obtain the complete documentation relating to all stages of construction of the Police Security Centre building of the Police Administration in Podgorica, from the adoption of initial decisions until the completion of construction, as well as to honour discussion at the Committee and to undertake the appropriate measures and actions with regard to the subject of control hearing, in accordance with its competencies. On his position regarding the subject of the control hearing, and based on the undertaken action, the Supreme Public Prosecutor will inform the Committee within 60 days.    

As needed, the Supreme Public Prosecutor will have at his disposal the complete audio transcript from the Committee meeting held on 23 February 2015.

2. On behalf of the Committee, the Chairperson of the Committee will address the Ministry of Interior and the Protector of Property and Legal Interests of Montenegro requesting them to submit the complete documentation regarding this case.
