At today held 29th meeting, which was attended by representatives of proponents and representatives of consumer units from the security and defense sector, the Committee discussed the Proposal for the  Law on Budget of Montenegro for 2015 in the part relating to consumer units: Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Internal Affairs and National Security Agency, devoting special attention to the implementation of program activities of bodies and institutions in this field, focusing on the necessary funds for their timely and effective implementation.

After conducting a comprehensive discussion, the Committee noted that funds for consumer units in the field of security and defense have been clearly determined in the Proposal for the Law on Budget of Montenegro for 2015 and it was assessed that the funds enable the implementation of planned activities and compliance with defined responsibilities. In accordance with the above said, the Committee adopted the Opinion which will be submitted in accordance with the procedural provisions to umbrella working body - Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget.
