Member of the Security and Defence Committee Mr Luiđ Ljubo Škrelja will take part in the workshop and annual discussion on the OSCE Code of Conduct on Politico-Military Aspects of Security, which will take place in Vienna, on 21 and 22 June 2016.

The gathering is organised in accordance with the Decision of the Forum for Security Co-operation and is aimed at exchanging of experiences and national practices with regard to implementation of the OSCE Code of Conduct(CoC), with special focus on the oversight role of parliaments in the defence and security sector, observation of human rights in the armed forces, security sector reform, and application of international humanitarian law in the context of current security challenges.

It is envisaged that representatives of parliaments, bodies and institutions from the defence and security sector of member states, as well as representatives of the OSCE institutions and missions in the field, will take part in the gathering.
