At the 24^th meeting held today, in accordance with the Article 76 paragraph 3 of the Law on Central Bank of Montenegro, the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget gave its consent regarding the election of the internationally recognised independent external auditor of the financial reports of the Central Bank of Montenegro. Having familiarised itself with the Information on the procedure of public procurement for the selection of the independent external auditor, as well as with the opinion of the Audit Committee of the Central Bank, the Committee agreed to select “Deloitte d.o.o. Podgorica” and “Deloitte d.o.o. Beograd” as the independent external auditor.

The Committee considered and decided to propose to the Parliament of Montenegro to adopt the 2012 Report on the State of Insurance Market in Montenegro.

Additionally, the Committee considered and decided to propose to the Parliament of Montenegro not to adopt the Report on Implementation of the Regional Development Strategy 2010-2014 for 2012.
