At their 34th meeting held today, the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget considered and decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Trademark Law.
The Committee also considered the amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendment to the Law on Electronic Commerce, submitted by the following MPs: Mr Srđan Perić, Ms Azra Jasavić and Mr Goran Tuponja. The Committee did not support the said amendment.
The Committee also considered three amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Protection of Public Interests in Mining and Metallurgical Sector, submitted by the following MPs: Mr Damir Šehović, Ms Draginja Vuksanović, Mr Džavid Šabović and Mr Izet Bralić. Considering that the representative of the proponent the MP Milutin Đukanović had accepted the submitted amendments, they became an integral part of the Proposal for the Law.
The Committee started a discussion on the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Games of Chance, as well as the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Personal Income Tax, with proposals for conclusions (three), submitted by the following MPs: Mr Damir Šehović and Mr Zoran Vukčević. The Committee decided to vote on the said acts in continuation of the meeting, in presence of the Minister of Finance, or after submission of the Government’s opinion.
It was agreed that, before the beginning of the discussion in plenum, in the first continuation of the meeting which will be held tomorrow, on 20 November, the Committee will vote on the proposal of conclusions regarding consideration of the following: Performance Report of the Investment and Development Fund JSC for 2012, Performance Report of the Financial Stability Forum of Montenegro for 2012, andPerformance Report of the Deposit Insurance Fund for 2012.
Additionally, with regard to determining assessments and positions on the occasion of the consultative hearing held on the topic “Implementation of the Law on NGOs regarding their funding”, and determining assessments and positions on the occasion of the First Joint Meeting with the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, held on the topic: “Cooperation of committees with independent regulatory bodies with the aim of better control of public spending”, the Committee will vote in the continuation of the meeting.
