First continuation of the 34th meeting of the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget held

Proposals for conclusion on three reports formulated

At the first continuation of the 34th meeting held today, the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget, established proposals for conclusion on the occasion of considering the following: Performance Report of the Investment and Development Fund for 2012, Performance Report of the Financial Stability Forum of Montenegro for 2012 and Performance Report of the Deposit Insurance Fund for 2012.

The Committee also stated that the amendment to the to the Proposal for the Law on Protection of Public Interests in Mining and Metallurgy Sector submitted by MP Branko Rarulović, who was at the same time the representative of the proponent, had become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law text.

It was agreed the Committee to state its opinion on the second continuation of the 34th sitting on the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Games of Chance and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Personal Income Tax with proposals for conclusions (three) submitted by MPs: Damir Šehović and Zoran Vukčević; the Committee will also state its opinion regarding the determination of assessments and positions on the occasion of consultative hearing held on the topic: “Implementation of the Law on NGOs regarding their funding” and determination of assessments and positions regarding the first joint meeting of the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget of the Parliament of Montenegro and Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia on the topic: “Cooperation of committees with independent regulatory bodies with the aim of better control of public spending”.
