At the meeting held today, in the presence of the members of the Senate of the State Audit Institution and the representative of the Minister of Finance, the Proposal for the Law on Final Budget Statement of Montenegro for 2012 with the Report on Audit of the Final Budget Statement of Montenegro for 2012 was considered. The Committee was informed on the opinion of the State Audit Institution on the Proposal for the Final Budget Statement, containing the established irregularities and recommendation, referring to the following: analysis and computational accuracy, receipts and expenditure of the budget, capital budget, property and public procurement.

It was agreed that in the continuation of the meeting, in the presence of the Minister of Finance, the third part of the Annual Report of the State Audit Institution would be considered, relating to the final reports from nineteen conducted individual audits and the Committee should determine in accordance with the proposed recommendations by the State Audit Institution and the Proposal for the Law on Final Budget Statement of Montenegro for 2012.

Additionally, the Committee decided to give consent to the Proposal for the Decision on Awarding Concession for Commercial Use of the Port Terminals for Loading and Unloading of the Containers and General Cargo in the area of KO Novi Bar.

It was decided that the Committee should propose to the Parliament to adopt a Decision on Adopting the Annex 1 of the Contract on Renting the Hotel “Kraljičina plaža” in Budva and the Decision on Adopting the Annex 1 of the Contract on Renting the Hotel “Sveti Stefan” and “Miločer” in Budva.

Additionally, the Committee proposed to the Parliament to adopt a Decision on Adopting the Contract on Long-Term Renting of the Land, signed between the Government of Montenegro and the Northstar Consortium JSC Podgorica and the Eguest Capital Limited Jersey, UK.
