During the continuation of the 37^th meeting, the Committee completed the discussion and decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt the Proposal for the Law on Final Budget Statement of Montenegro for 2012. Additionally, during the meeting, it was agreed the Ministry of Finance in cooperation with the State Audit Institution, to prepare amendments, thus making necessary corrections in line with recommendation of the SAI, which would become an integral part of the concerned law.

For the purpose of further improvement of the system of public spending, the Committee decided to propose to the Parliament of Montenegro to adopt conclusions which would support findings and recommendations of the State Audit Institution.
