After the expressed positive position of the representative of the proponent, the Committee concluded that 13 amendments had become an integral part of the text of the Proposal for the 2014 Budget Law of Montenegro. The rest of the amendments will be voted on at the sitting of the Parliament of Montenegro.

The Committee decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt the Proposal for the Conclusion, regarding consideration of the Implementation of Conclusions of the Parliament of Montenegro of 30 April 2013, relating to the Aluminium Plant Podgorica, submitted by the MPs Srđan Milić, Aleksandar Damjanović and Velizar Kaluđerović.

The Committee also decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt the slightly amended Proposal for the Conclusion on the occasion of considering the Proposal for the Decision on accepting the annex of the contract on long-term renting of the land, signed between the Government of Montenegro and the Northstar Consortium JSC Podgorica and the Equest Capital Limited Jersey, UK, submitted by MPs of Socialist People’s Party of (SNP).

Additionally, the Committee also considered the proposals for the innovated financial plans of the six independent regulatory bodies and decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt them.
