The Committee unanimously established the Proposal for conclusions regarding the conducted control hearing of the following: Minister of Finance Mr Radoje Žugić, Minister of Economy Mr Vladimir Kavarić and Bankruptcy Administrator of JSC Saltworks "Bajo Sekulic" Ulcinj Mr Ognjen Jovović, in order to obtain information on the bankruptcy proceedings in the Saltworks, with special emphasis on the protection of the rights of workers.

In line with Article 77 of the Rules of the Procedure, the Committee will submit to the Parliament of Montenegro the Report from the control hearing along with Proposals for conclusions.

The Committee considered three amendments by the proposer to the Proposal for the Law on the Amendments to the Law on Games of Chance as well as two Amendments by the proposer to the Proposal for the Law on the Amendments to the Law on Personal Income Tax, stating that those have become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law.

Regarding 9 Amendments submitted to the Proposal for the Law on Deadlines for Settling Financial Obligations, the Committee – bearing in mind that the proposer had accepted concerned Amendments – stated that thereof have become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law.

In line with Article 31a of the Law on Financing of Political Parties, the Committee considered previous activities relating to the implementation of the parliamentary control over the application of the Law on Financing of Political Parties.

The participants agreed that the Committee will continue the discussion during the continuance of the meeting, and the term of holding thereof will be subsequently determined.
