At its meeting held today, the Committee has considered and decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Internal Financial Control.

The Committee has also decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Tax on Turnover of used passenger motor vehicles, vessels, airplanes and aircrafts. Submission of amendments was announced for the proposed legislative act.

In line with article 18 of the Law on Investment and Development Fund of Montenegro, the Committee discussed the Performance Report of the Investment and Development Fund of Montenegro for 2013 as well as Information on Implementation of conclusions adopted by the Parliament of Montenegro on the occasion of considering the Performance Report of the Investment and Development Fund of Montenegro for 2012 (“Official Gazette of Montenegro”, no. 56/13). Having in mind that, due to objective reasons, financial statements of the Fund with the opinion of the independent auditor, the Committee agreed to discuss those after they have been delivered.

Also, additional information has been requested for the purpose of overall review of business operations of the Fund.

Consideration of the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Budgetary and Fiscal Responsibility has been postponed for some of the following Committee meetings.
