The Committee also considered the 2013 Annual Performance Report of the Securities Commission and the state of the securities market. Following the discussion, the report did not obtain majority needed.

The Committee considered two amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on State Audit Institution, introduced by members Srđan Milić and Neven Gošović. The Committee accepted both amendments, amendment 1 of which in the modified formulation. The Committee, pursuant to the Article 148 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, introduced the amendment to the above mentioned Proposal for the Law.

The Committee considered the amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Taxation of Hydrocarbons, introduced by members Mladen Bojanić (two) and Aleksandar Damjanović, Velizar Kaluđerović and Obrad Gojković (one). The Committee, following the opinion delivered by the representative of the proposer for the Law, decided to suggest these amendments for adoption to the Parliament, in the modified formulation. The Committee, pursuant to the Article 148 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, introduced the amendment to this Proposal for the Law, as well.
