At today's 70th meeting, the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget considered and decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt the Proposal for the Law amending the Law on Obligations and Basic Legal Property Relations in Air Transport. 

In accordance with Article 142 of the Law on Public Procurement, the Committee considered the Report of the State Commission for Supervision of Public Procurement Procedure in 2013, containing information on: the State Commission, its work, the cases of appeals, cases of the control of public procurements with a value exceeding € 500,000, cases upon verdicts in the Administrative Court of Montenegro, administrative disputes against decisions of the State Commission, fees for the proceedings and the enforcement of decisions. The Committee, after discussion, decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt the 2013 Performance Report of the State Commission for the Control of Public Procurement Procedures.
