Within the 73^rd meeting, in line with Article 137 paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee has considered the Proposal for the Law on Reconstruction of the Chapel of Petar II Petrović Njegoš, submitted by MP Emilo Labudović (Article 137 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro). The Committee did not give consent for providing the necessary means for reconstruction of the Chapel and they will deliver the opinion on fiscal impact of the act to the state’s budget.

The committee has also considered and decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt three pieces of legislation, namely: Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Value Added Tax, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Games of Chance as well as Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Personal Income Tax, submitted by MPs: Milorad Vuletić, Rešid Adrović, Radovan Obradović, Žana Filipović and Nikola Gegaj.

Pursuant to article 11, paragraph 3 of the Law on Regional Development, the Committee has considered 2013 Report on the implementation of the Regional Development Strategy of Montenegro for the period 2010 – 2014 and decided to propose it for adoption to the Parliament.
