At its 75th meeting, which has started today, the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget considered the Proposal for the Law on Consensual Financial Restructuring of Debts to Financial Institutions. The Committee decided to vote on the said proposal at the continuation of the meeting, following the submission of additional information by representatives of the Ministry of Finance and Central Bank of Montenegro.
The Committee considered amendments submitted to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Excise Law. Two amendments, submitted by the Government of Montenegro have become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law. Amendment submitted by MP Aleksandar Damjanović has become an integral part of wording of the Proposal for the Law in amended formulation. Amendment, submitted by MP Damir Šehović, following the acceptance by the proposer of the Law, has also become an integral part of wording of the Proposal for the Law.
Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Law on Obligations and Basic Legal Property Relations in Air Transport, submitted by MPs Milorad Vuletić and Veljko Zarubica, has become an integral part of wording of the Proposal for the Law in amended formulation.
When it comes to item of the Agenda – Proposal for decision on appointing one members of the Senate of the State Audit Institution, upon the proposal of a number of Committee members, it was agreed that Committee would - with attendance of all Committee members and during the continuation of the meeting - decide whether it is necessary to organise consultative hearing of applicants before the voting.
