At the meeting held today, after the submitters of amendments explained the essence of proposed amendments, and the representative of the proponent expressed his view on acceptance of amendments, the Committee endorsed 11 amendments, one of which in modified wording. The Committee, following the expressing of opinion, decided to propose to the Parliament of Montenegro adoption of 11 amendments, which the representative of the proponent did not accept. The Committee also decided to propose to the Parliament not to adopt 21 amendment. The Committee did not express its opinion on 21 amendment, due to the fact that the submitters of amendments did not attend the meeting of the Committee. The Committee, also, submitted one amendment to the above mentioned Proposal for the Law. The Committee did not express its opinion on the Proposal for the Conclusions, submitted by MP Genci Nimanbegu.

During the continuation of the meeting, amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Personal Income Tax will be considered, as well as the amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Business Enterprises.

Third continuation of the 86^th meeting, second continuation of the 87^th meeting and fifth continuation of the 75^th meeting will be held tomorrow.
