At its continuation of the 89^th meeting held today, the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget considered and decided to propose to the Parliament of Montenegro the adoption of the following: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Mandatory Social Security Contributions, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Fees for Access to Certain Services of General Interest and for the Use of Tobacco Products and Electro-Acoustic and Acoustic Devices, and Proposal for the Law on Coffee Tax. These legal acts are aimed at ensuring sustainability of public finances while providing a fiscal consolidation, or financial and macroeconomic stability.

It was agreed that the second continuation of the meeting would be held on Monday, 2 February 2015. At the said continuation, the following will be considered: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Tax Administration, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Real Estate Tax, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Value Added Tax, and Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Customs Law.
