At the 96th meeting which ended today, the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget considered seven amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Regional Development, submitted by MPs: Mr Srđan Perić, Ms Azra Jasavić and Mr Goran Tuponja
In this regard, the Committee decided, after the vote, to propose to the Parliament to accept amendment 4 in modified formulation, which has become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law. The Committee also decided to propose to the Parliament to accept amendments 1, 2, 3, 6 and 7, and a representative of the Proposer for the Law did not agree on that. Amendment 5 was not supported by the necessary majority of the Committee.
At the 97th meeting, the Committee considered and decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Value Added Tax, submitted by MPs: Mr Goran Tuponja, Mr Srđan Perić, Ms Azra Jasavić and Mr Darko Pajović.
Within the item “current issues”, the Committee, starting from the initiative by MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović, decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt conclusions with regard to consideration of Implementation of Conclusions of the Parliament of Montenegro relating to JSC Aluminium Plant Podgorica, published in the “Official Gazette of Montenegro”, no. 21/13.
