At today’s 109th meeting, the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget considered the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the 2015 Budget Law, submitted by MPs: Mr Borislav Banović, Mr Izet Bralić, Ms Draginja Vuksanović and Mr Džavid Šabović as well as the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Ports, submitted by MPs: Ms Draginja Vuksanović and Mr Andrija Popović.

Following the vote, the said proposals for laws were not supported by the requested majority of the Committee.

The Committee also considered and decided to propose to the Parliament for adoption the Proposal for the conclusions with regard to control hearing held on the topic of:“Enforcement of policy, respectively laws in the field of concessions, with regard to implementation of the laws of the Parliament of Montenegro adopted on the occasion of considering 2013 Performance Report of the Commission for Concessions (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No.  31/14)“, submitted by MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović.
