At its 126th meeting held today, the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget considered and decided to propose to the Parliament to accept the amendment submitted by MPs Ms Marta Šćepanović and Mr Predrag Sekulić to the Proposal for the Decision on granting a long-term lease of Island Lastavica with fortress Mamula, Municipality Herceg Novi. The representative of the Government accepted the said amendment, thus making it an integral part of the text of the Proposal for the Decision.
Bearing in mind the modification of amendments accepted by the submitters of amendments at the meeting of the Legislative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee also considered the amendment submitted by MPs Mr Darko Pajović, Mr Srđan Perić, Ms Azra Jasavić, and Mr Goran Tuponja to the Proposal for the Decision on Accepting the Annex No. 1 of the Agreement on the Lease of Hotel “Kraljičina plaža”, Budva. The representative of the Government accepted the said amendment, thus making it an integral part of the text of the Proposal for the Decision.
The Committee also considered amendment 2 submitted by MP Mr Džavid Šabović to the Proposal for the 2016 Budget Law of Montenegro. Following the vote, the Committee decided to propose to the Parliament not to accept the said amendment. The amendment submitted by MPs Mr Rifat Rastofer and Mr Džavid Šabović was accepted with its modified text upon the suggestion by the representative of the Government, thus making it an integral part of the text of the Proposal for the Law. The Committee did not vote on amendments by MPs Ms Azra Jasavić and Mr Dritan Abazović due to absence of proposers.
The Committee also decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt three more conclusions on the occasion of adopting the Proposal for the 2016 Budget Law of Montenegro.
The Committee considered 104 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Energy.
The representative of the Government accepted 8 submitted amendments, thus making them an integral part of the text of the Proposal for the Law.
The Committee decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt five amendments on which the representative of the Government did not voice its position. Furthermore, the Committee decided to propose to the Parliament not to accept 15 amendments. The Parliament of Montenegro will vote on the said amendments, as well as on amendments which were not considered due to absence of representatives of proposers.
