At its 131st meeting which begun today, the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget considered amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Public Sector Salaries.
Out of 26 amendments submitted by MPs to the Proposal for the Law on Public Sector Salaries, the Committee considered 17 amendments at today’s meeting. With relation to the above, eight amendments in their proposed wording have become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law, as follows: two amendments submitted by MPs Mr Zoran Jelić and Ms Marta Šćepanović, one amendment submitted by MP Mr Damir Šehović, one amendment submitted by MP Mr Goran Tuponja, three amendments submitted by MPs Ms Azra Jasavić and Mr Goran Tuponja, as well as one amendment submitted by MPs Mr Ljubo Škrelja and Ms Marta Šćepanović.
Furthermore, two amendments submitted by MPs Mr Mladen Bojanić and Mr Dritan Abazović have become an integral part of the text of the proposal for the law in modified wording.
Following voting, the following amendments did not obtain the necessary majority in the Committee: two amendments by MP Mr Andrija Popović, one amendment by MP Mr Filip Vuković, one amendment submitted by MPs Mr Filip Vuković and Ms Maida Bešlić, as well as one amendment submitted by MPs Ms Azra Jasavić and Mr Goran Tuponja.
MPs Mr Mladen Bojanić and Mr Dritan Abazović notified the Committee that they were withdrawing one amendment. Furthermore, MPs Ms Marta Šćepanović and Mr Rešid Adrović notified the Committee that they were withdrawing one amendment.
The Committee will vote on nine amendments which were not considered today in continuation of the meeting which is planned to be held on 24 February 2016.
