At today’s 142nd meeting, in line with Article 39 of the Law on the Central Bank of Montenegro, the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget considered and decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt the 2015 Performance Report of the Central Bank of Montenegro. During the discussion, the Committee also took into consideration accompany documents, submitted in accordance with the law, for the purpose of obtaining information: the 2015 Price Stability Report, the 2015 Financial System Stability Report,
and the Annual Financial Report of the Central Bank of Montenegro, with the opinion of independent external auditor. The Committee also discussed the 2015 Annual Performance Report of the Banking Ombudsman;
During the meeting, the Committee discussed the macroeconomic ambience and state in Montenegrin economy in 2015, banking sector, exercising politics of the Central Bank of Montenegro in 2015, macroeconomic prognosis and Central Bank’s policy for 2016.
The Committee also considered and decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt the 2015 Performance Report of the Financial Stability Forum.
