In accordance with the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, at its 148th meeting held today, the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget considered the application of the Law on Public Sector Salaries, adopted by the Parliament of Montenegro on 24 February 2016. With regard to the said item of the agenda, the meeting was attended by the Minister of Finance with his associates, as well as a representative of the Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro.
The Committe did not support the Initiative for control hearing of Mr Ivan Brajović, Minister of Transport and Maritime Affairs, and Mr Nebojša Obradović, Director of the Railways Directorate, with regard to reasonable suspicion of abuse of state resources for political party purposes, submitted by MP Mr Mladen Bojanić.
Due to the absence of the proposer MP Ms Snežana Jonica, the Committee did not consider the Initiative for control hearing of the Minister of Sustainable Development and Tourism Mr Branimir Gvozdenović and Director of the Public Enterprise for Coastal Zone Management of Montenegro Mr Predrag Jelušić with regard to the Contract signed between the Public Enterprise for Coastal Zone Management and the LLC QD Hotel and Property Investment Montenegro on the lease/use of coastal zone relating to beach Pržno in Tivat, as well as the dynamics of implementation of urbanistic project “Pržno 1” which had already been adopted in agreement with wishes of the investor, the LLC QD Hotel and Property Investment Montenegro.
